As Team Assistant you will be integral to the smooth running of the Strategy team - responsible for diary management of the senior team members, first point of contact internally and externally for any queries, and a constant source of support for administrative and organisational tasks.

 What we’re looking for…

You will have prior experience as a Front of House Receptionist, able to demonstrate expertise of Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. You will be super organised, diligent, and thrive on helping others. The Receptionist is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office environment managing all operational aspects from reception, through to meeting room coordination to facilities. You will have the ability to work fast and accurately under pressure, maintaining a professional disposition at all times. Mature and effective communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
