The Role

As Partner Delivery Architect, you will assist Lakeside partners in managing SysTrack accounts to give continued value to their customers. You will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing our services, and serving as a point of contact for partners or customers. This role requires strong collaboration with our Technical Services, Pre Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams.

What You'll Do

The core functions of this role include:

  • Training and educating our Partners' Centre of Excellence by leveraging a proactive agenda including the value and ROI blueprints where applicable to the Partner, offering and assisting in ensuring this is received by Partner Clients
  • Enabling partners in the planning, and design of SysTrack architecture, along with assisting partners with the implementation and operations of SysTrack for their customers
  • Coordinating with the customer and internal Lakeside team around Implementation, Testing and Deployment sign-off
  • Coordinating with the Network team, AD team, SCCM team, Security and Wintel teams to address project dependencies
  • Analyzing and assessing SysTrack environments providing education to Partners to drive actionable insights and provide value or ROI use cases
  • Consulting with Partners on maintaining SysTrack environments for compliance through agent connectivity, platform stability and product upgrades
  • Partnering with SI’s and MSP’s and collaborating in internal process improvement initiatives
  • Developing collateral, knowledge articles and process flows depending on client needs and working with an operations team to provide sophisticated content
  • Maintaining a degree of awareness about product innovations and development for SysTrack as well other EUC tools
  • Hosting various enablement sessions and participating in touch points, planning and review sessions
  • Helping the customer to navigate through various stages on SysTrack maturity model

What You'll Bring to Lakeside

The key requirements for this include:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, service delivery
  • Extensive knowledge of end-user computing, SysTrack, other DEX & monitoring solutions
  • Experience with EUC tools and correct approaches to handle them for enterprise customers
  • Exposer of supporting MSP’s & GSI’s or should have worked with them in similar setup
  • Experience with transformation, and desktop engineering projects (e.g. Win10, O365)
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting Windows/MAC/LINUX Operating Systems
  • Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, AD, Group Policy
  • Understanding of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Experience with Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare or other virtualization platforms
  • Experience in Scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), SQL & relational database (SQL Server)
  • MCSE/MCP/CCA/VCP Certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or engineering (preferred)
