The AD serves as the senior leader for the account.  They lead the development of effective marketing strategies and exceptional creative ideas, oversee client and agency finances, and foster the growth of their accounts. We are looking for someone who can create an environment that inspires their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess a clear understanding of client’s business and objectives
  • Provide strategic marketing direction to the client to help guide and shape their short and long term plans
  • Work with strategy team to develop and realize relevant, actionable creative briefs
  • Partner with creative teams to help hone ideas and presentations
  • Manage junior account staff, fostering growth and development
  • Develop and present SOW, staff plans, fee structure recos and contracts
  • Pursue ways to contribute to client and agency profitability and identify revenue opportunities
  • Manage the high level work flow of the team to optimize outputs
  • Help develop innovative solutions and implement use of best practices and effective processes across their team
  • Support senior leadership team
  • Engage in new business and pitches

Qualifications:

  • Prior agency, marketing or client side experience and experience with Integrated and/or digital accounts (8+ years)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication presentation and persuasive skills
  • Luxury, fashion and/or lifestyle experience preferred
