Laird+Partners is looking for a designer to be a part of the Graphic Services team. Join a versatile and integrated team of graphic design specialists working on multiple brands with a focus on fashion and beauty. This collaborative role focuses on providing graphic design support and accompany the creative process from conception to completion. Will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to help maintain the consistency of our client’s voice and uphold the agency’s focus on excellence and great taste. This position is a stepping stone for the agency’s creative department, with oportunities to move accross departments.

Visual Assets:

In collaboration with Creative team, create, develop and refine visual assets for branding and creative projects. Understand creative briefs, design needs and deliverables deadlines.

  • Logos/Graphic Files Creation & Refinement
  • Retouching of Swipes and Shoot Images

Creative Presentations:

  • Assist Creative with Preshoot/Postshoot Presentations needs
  • Preparation of Presentation Materials

Campaign Layouts:

In collaboration with Creative, Client Services and Production team, finalize campaign assets

  • Layout Versioning/Implementation
  • Campaign Graphic/Vector art files creation and versioning
  • Layout and Campaign Assets Quality Control
  • Campaign Guidelines
  • Mechanicals
  • Package and release of final assets

Additional Capabilities:

  • Digital Assets Management (DAM)
  • Video Editing
  • Digital/Web/Social Programming


  • College degree in Graphic Design related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Proficient at Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in Video editing, Web/digital design is a plus
  • Understanding of the creative workflow
  • Knowledge of PrePress/Production Design (experience is a plus)
  • Adaptable and flexible, must be open to learning new skill set
  • Highly Organized and focused, with great time and task management skills
  • Communicator, collaborative, genuine team player with self-starter-go-getter attitude
