What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed challenging growth and Cost per Policy targets through an aggressive optimization and experimentation program
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing, product, creative, and engineering teams to conduct experiments, measure and report results, and optimize the performance of the channel
  • Optimize targeting strategy by leveraging customer insight and data science
  • Develop strategies for accurately measuring channel lift and attribution
  • Derive insights from campaign performance and quality KPIs to continuously optimize for profitable growth
  • Maintain a performance dashboard to monitor partner performance, identify areas of opportunity, and share high-level insight across the organization

Who You Are

  • Excel in managing to challenging KPI targets (leads, policies, cost per policy, and LTV)
  • Collaborate well with cross-functional teams (i.e. creative, engineering, product)
  • Think both creatively and analytically to solve problems and drive experimentation roadmap
  • Take ownership and move fast
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow your marketing skill set across other channels

What You've Done

  • 6-8+ years in performance marketing, at least 2-4 focused on social
  • Ideally have experience in marketing financial services
  • Facebook Ads Manager (Required)
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, and other digital ad platforms a plus
