What we need: 

We currently have a great opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team. You’ll use your experience leading digital projects to hit the ground running and help grow Lacek’s role with our client. This includes articulating and supporting the client’s marketing strategy, branding activities, priorities, and plans. The Account Executive brings the best thinking that the agency can offer to their client contacts, defining and managing marketing projects to ensure that they are delivered to the client as scoped – on time and on budget.  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Independently manage sold program work on time and on budget 
  • Own and drive multi-channel projects inclusive of email, digital banners and print collateral 
  • Lead internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently 
  • Lead intake and data requirements on complex, multi-channel campaigns 
  • Create action items for others and actively monitor their progress 
  • Understand, clarify and communicate client requests and changes to the internal teams 
  • Provide business updates by leading regularly scheduled status meetings with their direct supervisor 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as marketing 
  • Minimum 3+ years marketing experience, agency environment preferred 
  • Is a curious and active listener who knows which questions to ask, and of whom 
  • Understands the role that data and technology services play in our agency/industry  
  • Excellent written and verbal skills  
  • Leads and motivates across functional areas throughout all stages of a project lifecycle 
  • Knows how to frame an issue and offer solutions when a problem arises 
  • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
