The Workforce Planning Specialist will partner closely with business leaders across Kyo. They will be responsible for driving consistent, efficient placement of our staff with clients and for developing visibility into our headcount planning. They will partner closely with the Talent team and with our regional leadership teams.This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has an aptitude for problem solving and who enjoys collaboration and helping others. Your work will drive the client experience by ensuring consistent and efficient placement of our employees on client cases. You will also participate in the ongoing development of our consumer-facing app, which offers an intuitive and engaging experience for client families to manage their care.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes other duties that may be assigned): 

  • Use Kyo’s workforce management tools to drive efficient and optimal placement of workforce within assigned regions. Own accountability for results.  
  • Deliver regular reporting to regional business leaders. Provide performance updates and recommendations to improve performance. 
  • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc analyses of the workforce.
  • Identify root causes of service failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Consult with business leaders to guide decision making and align expectations and operational execution.
  • Develop and implement processes improvement measures. 
  • Monitor the execution of Scheduling Plans by the Backend Scheduling team. 
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three years experience in Workforce Management/Planning or Data Analysis for Support.
  • The ability to self-serve with data visualization tools (eg Tableau), ticketing tools (eg JIRA), and spreadsheet tools.
  • The ability to lead projects and move across functional teams, quickly developing strong, productive and collegial relationships with internal business leads. 
  • Two years of experience directly responsible for workforce management programs at outsourcing partners
  • BA/BS in an applicable discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if eligible), no later than your scheduled start date.   • Generally, the incumbent must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.  
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manuals.
