We are looking for Product Owners to help with the effort & product execution of a large enterprise IVR modernization effort. This client is moving away from a legacy vendor, which means this is the most important project in the servicing world - will be a multi-year effort. The product owners will work with product & tech to ensure the project is smoothly over multiple lines of business. Using the previous legacy vendor, this agent servicing team has evolved from a touchtone system to using simple natural language. In this next phase of modernization, the client is pulling away from their vendor and moving towards a new end-to-end IVR stack. This role is more platform facing experience than customer facing

Requirements: (Qualifications)

  • Technical Depth - we need someone who has really worked on a more technical level and can understand/work with the developers
  • Orchestration Services (from a product/delivery standpoint)
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Experience with execution, i.e. getting a team into shape
