As a Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack, you will build enterprise level solutions such as user profile/notification services on internal platforms.  If you love to lead, solve challenging problems, and operate in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in area of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Perform hands on software development activities – coding, code reviews, design documentation, etc.
  • Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems.
  • Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, as well as continuous delivery and deployment of software solutions.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability issues in full stack applications, implementing best practices for optimization and efficiency.
  • Design and development of API solutions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of expertise in full stack application design and development using the below mentioned technologies and frameworks:
    • Back-end: NodeJS, Spring Boot, Java, Hibernate
    • Design patterns: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
    • Front-end JavaScript ES6+, HTMLS5, CSS3, React, working knowledge of Angular 13+, Webpack, etc.
  • Expertise with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) and micro-services architectures (server and front-end)
  • Knowledgeable with database technologies – both relational and document (NoSQL) based storage.
  • Experience with leading a development group and ability to guide the team on sound architecture and design principles along with delivering a quality software.
  • Ability to perform code reviews (Back-end Java) to ensure the code hygiene.
  • Detail oriented and ability to collaborate with various partner teams on project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred.
