Job Summary: 


As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager at KRAFTON, your role is pivotal in establishing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our new product, ensuring its successful market penetration within specific regions during launch and subsequent updates. Your mission is to collaborate with local Go-To-Market Leadership to create and implement creative regional marketing strategies, leveraging deep product insights. You will organically collaborate with major departments and global organizations within HQ to present a marketing roadmap that sets the bar for excellence. Key responsibilities include setting key metrics, target KPIs, Product Life Cycle scenarios, UA metrics management, and deriving and applying insights from external factors such as markets, communities, trends, fandom, and platforms. You will also be responsible for continuous research on original creativity, prototypes, iteration, and launch, and will play a crucial role in setting up and operating regional community channels. 


 
Key Responsibilities: 
 

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to specific regions for the successful launch and ongoing updates of our new product, collaborating with local Go-To-Market Leadership. 
  • Regional Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement creative regional marketing campaigns based on deep product insights, ensuring regional market penetration. 
  • Regional Channel Operation and Management: Oversee the operation and management of regional marketing channels, optimizing reach and engagement within specific markets. 
  • Original Content Production: Drive the production of regional content that is culturally relevant and resonates with the target audience. 
  • Key Metrics and KPIs: Set key metrics, target KPIs, and manage UA metrics to gauge the success of regional marketing efforts. 
     
  • Market and Community Insights: Analyze external factors within specific regions, such as markets, communities, trends, fandom, and platforms, to inform regional marketing strategies. 
  • Creative Research: Continuously research and innovate in the realm of original creativity, prototypes, iteration, and launch within specific regions. 
  • Regional Community Channels: Set up and operate regional community channels to engage with the player base within specific regions.

 

Qualifications: 
 

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is an absolute must. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns. 
  • Deep understanding of regional markets and their unique characteristics. 
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for gaming.
