KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

 [ ABOUT THE ROLE ]

This position requires managing key partnerships to enhance game visibility and coordinating with marketing and esports teams. You’ll handle strategy, performance monitoring, and business development. A background in gaming or digital entertainment is necessary.

[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]

  • Managing strong and healthy partnership with publishing platforms for constant visibility for all the games.
  • Management of partnership & collaboration programs across esports, marketing, in-game events & third-party payment partners.
  • Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to develop strategic goals and KPIs
  • Planning and monitoring the business performance regularly. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound communication and business development strategy, negotiation processes, structure, and best practices across the team. Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule
  • Maintain daily reports and monitor performance. 

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

  • Overall experience of 4-6 years of which at least 2 years in Gaming/B2C/Entertainment OTT digital companies on similar function.
  • Demonstrated capability in successfully delivering partnerships with high impact
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional cross functional skills to influence & manage diverse stakeholders in multiple geographies.
