[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]

 At our core, we are gamers, dedicated to creating premier experiences and bringing joy to millions of gamers worldwide. If you share the ethos, you could be one of us.

We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience who will lead the development and execution (end to end) of marketing campaigns for multiple games in India. The candidate will be expected to

  • Develop detailed and engaging marketing content and promo plans that reflect the global brand strategy and the regional go-to-market plan.
  • Work with top creators and agencies to create fantastic, localized experiences for gamers in India, with premium production and engaging storytelling.
  • Own and run complete campaigns with agencies, creative teams and specialist teams to deliver marketing/product goals
  • Run insight generation and market study programs and drill down to clear needs, goals and metrics for the growth of games.

 

 [ WHAT WE EXPECT ]

While a strong understanding of the games industry is ideal, we treat it as an enabler rather than a filter. You must be

  • Clear proven ability to launch entertainment products/games and scale at size
  • Heavily conversant with brand building principles and tools/trends to drive mobile users and revenue
  • Experienced in scaling digital products using a roadmap via pure marketing. We love people with deep expertise in one marketing vertical, and a generalist for multiple others.
  • Fully equipped to scale a low DAU product showcasing past experiences in transforming user bases in gaming, entertainment, or big tech. [Must have]
  • Alternatively, have individually managed a category/revenue stream/GMV of significant dollar size per month at an e-commerce or an OTT.
  • Able to demonstrate your passion for gaming, having played OR having worked in gaming organizations [Good to have, not a must have]
  • Additional understanding of AAA esports/mobile gaming esports and following trends is a plus.
  • Regular/Past player of our games is always a helpful plus.
