  • Demonstrate growth leadership and guidance across all stages of Koru ventures from early exploration to product build and commercialization
  • Define and drive the growth strategy, execution, and optimization across our digital businesses, both B2B and B2C at all stages
  • Define and implement multi-channel growth strategies based on product needs across the fullest range of marketing and sales channels
  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests
  • Implement market viability tests, price testing, competitor research and branding tests
  • Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines
  • Convert insights into action - see the customer acquisition process from ideation to execution
  • Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
  • Design holistic lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and CRM functionalities
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership across a range of emerging business, technology and growth topics
  • Vet and build out our growth marketing tech stack partnerships
  • Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders to drive buy-in and overall support of plans
  • Coach and mentor the Growth team in both technical and core competencies
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years experience in leading growth marketing teams, managing and optimizing in a hands-on performance marketing role in a start-up and/or digital environment, actively acquiring users and/or growing and retaining a more mature digital business
  • A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross-channel user acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives
  • A passion for building, bringing to market and scaling digital products and services
  • Experience launching multiple digital products
  • Experience scaling web-based and native mobile products and services
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
  • The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for data and analytics: being comfortable with using business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Optimizely, Mixpanel
  • A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
  • Willingness to travel
