Kony is looking for  Software Engineers to drive and Provide Technical Support for Kony Suite of products that span across Mobile Fabric & Mobile Application Development Platform. Working with Developers & Executives from Enterprise Technology Customer Organizations to help them use Kony products without any issues & challenges. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success & Services teams in Kony to resolve customer issues, escalations and assist in use case implementations

If you are the kind of person who is Excellent in problem solving & troubleshooting skills and able to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base using Java, J2ee, JavaScript, Webservices, HTML5 and CSS, having Strong communication and interpersonal skills, then this could be your dream job!

 

How you will make an impact:

 

Candidate coming with 2+ years of relevant experience in software development and support with Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills,who will be directly interacting with customers/end-users to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base
