Kony is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive excellence and be the quarterback of project delivery, acting as the main point of contact for all project related issues and the end-to-end service delivery for active projects across a set of projects and/or clients.
How you will make an impact: The Senior Project Manager is a maniacal problem solver focused on the success of a project delivery from both the long range perspectives as well as managing the day-to-day detail. As the driver of the project this role will focus on making sure the teams have what they need to be successful in implementation by building schedules and contingency plans, guiding requirement gathering, aligning stakeholders, monitoring timelines/budget, and interfacing directly with the client to ensure collaboration and compliance along the project schedule.
To excel in this role you are a strong communicator, master of details, understand the importance of data in leading projects and backing up decision making, you sweat the small stuff but know how to “zoom out” for a full view, you solve sticky problems and come to work every day to help people be successful in delivering to our clients!
Additionally, with client service being of utmost importance in this role, this candidate should bring a background of dealing directly with customers as well as multi-faceted teams such as developers, partners, executive stakeholders and more.
