Who you are:
Are you outgoing and detail-oriented? Are you passionate about coordinating events? Kony is looking for an energetic, highly organized team member to be the first point of contact for any visitors, candidates, or partners that come to the office. You will also be responsible for the front desk/lobby area, office support for HQ, providing office management support for our US satellite offices, and assisting the Chief Talent Mobilization Officer with basic executive needs. The role will report directly to the Director of HR.

Austin Office

  • Responsible for primary coverage of reception desk from 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM, while overseeing reception schedule and coordinating coverage for breaks, lunches, meetings, and out of office days
  • Answer main office phones, either forwarding calls or taking messages and relaying them to the correct parties
  • Listen to messages left on main phone voicemail and relay messages as needed
  • Greet guests and notify their hosts of their arrival
  • Receive and sign for all packages and inform the recipient
  • Retrieve mail daily; sort and distribute accordingly
  • Manage office shipping which includes creating labels online and printing (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Maintain guest badges, training badges and new hire badges for the Austin office
  • Oversee and maintain orderly front desk/reception area
  • Assist with keeping breakroom/pantry clean and stocked with snacks and beverages
  • Manage the use and organization of the office conference rooms, including setting up, maintenance, and evening clean-up
  • Maintain a master inventory tracker to avoid running out of snacks, drinks, and supplies and keep within the designated budget
  • Coordinate custom supply ordering with Executive Admins
  • Provide support and collaborate with local admin team on office events, conferences, and meetings
  • Update Office Birthday Calendar – coordinate birthday and other events
  • Support Chief Talent Mobilization Officer with calendar, travel, and expense reporting
  • Set up purchase orders as needed
  • Keep updated documentation of day to day activities

All US Offices

  • Order general office supplies as needed
  • Orders snacks/drinks for kitchen
  • Work with satellite office leadership/contacts as needed to provide support on corporate shipping processes, guest badges, etc.
  • Work with building management on maintenance requests
  • Manage the cleaning contractor


  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of office management experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar)
  • Knowledge of Concur is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people, from all levels, including customers/visitors within a high-tech professional work environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-focused, work environment with minimal supervision
  • Must be detail-oriented and must have the ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
  • Positive attitude, team player, and the ability to take initiative and support multiple projects
  • Must be able to dependably and consistently work on-site 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Must have reliable transportation to run work-related errands during the day
  • Able to lift, carry, or move up to 20-25 pounds
