Things that you bring to the table

  • You are experienced in end-to-end tech recruiting, ideally in a tech scale-up (you should know the difference between Java and Javascript)
  • You know how to build a diverse and rich pipeline through effective sourcing strategies
  • Recruiting floats through your DNA, you know how to work autonomously, and you like to get creative
  • You can handle our recruitment stack: Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter, Xing Talent Manager, Codesubmit, Slack
  • You have full working proficiency in English; German would be a plus
