About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product manager with a proven track record in driving new product development initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of KOHO's product portfolio and bringing innovative solutions to market.

At KOHO, you will be responsible for spearheading the ideation, development, and launch of new products aimed at expanding our user base and enhancing our offerings to meet the evolving needs of Canadian consumers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products from concept to market delivery, leveraging market research, user insights, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Drive product innovation through the implementation of new features, functionalities, and enhancements that differentiate KOHO in the market.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that new products are designed to deliver maximum value and utility to our users.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and experimentation to inform product decisions and optimize product performance post-launch.
  • Act as a visionary leader within the organization, setting the strategic direction for new product initiatives and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

About You

  • 🎓 You are an experienced product manager with 3+ years experience and a proven track record in driving new product development initiatives.
  • 🤔 You are a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to dissect complex issues and identify innovative solutions.
  • 🤖 You are systematic in your approach, building scalable systems and processes that drive sustainable product growth.
  • 🔥 You are an accelerant, driving momentum and uncovering opportunities for rapid product iteration and improvement.
  • 🔍 You are objective and data-driven in your decision-making, prioritizing initiatives based on their potential impact and feasibility.
  • 💬 You are a clear and concise communicator, able to articulate complex ideas and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • 🤠 You are an owner, taking accountability for the outcomes of new product initiatives and driving them to successful completion.

At KOHO, we are dedicated to providing pay transparency to all candidates. Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.

Target Base Salary Range
$137,500$195,500 CAD
