About the team and what we’ll build together

The Sales Enablement team services as the best-in-class delivery arm for our company-wide sales initiatives. From Business Development bringing on new clients into our portfolio to supporting the retention and growth of existing clients with our Client Services team, our goal is to optimize our processes and scale our sales collateral for growth. At Kobie, Sales Enablement is highly collaborative role, and on the front lines of bringing the highest quality materials to our sales organization.

 

How you will make an impact   

  • Craft high-quality content and proposal materials that will best position our technology, services, and innovative solutions to stand out from our competitors and close deals. Your content will be the difference between us and the competition.
  • With a deep understanding of our business, technology platform, and services, develop narratives that clearly and concisely translate complexities to technical and non-technical audiences across verticals such as retail, travel & hospitality, and finance. SaaS/PaaS background required.
  • Analyze incoming RFXs to identify key requirements and evaluation criteria. Work with sales function to ensure win strategy is prominently highlighted in complement with our differentiated technical capabilities.
  • Manage the RFP content for all deals, which includes engaging and compiling information from cross-vertical subject matter experts, sales staff, and Executive Leadership. Balance standardization with tailored content. Drive overall efficiency and scale.
  • Transform complex information into compelling sales materials. Craft high-quality content that positions our brand as the clear leader and fuels the sales pipeline.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales functions, including Business Development and Client Services, to manage and enable key aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, proposal, pitch, and final negotiations.
  • Manage and optimize the RFP content repository and drive adoption of content tools.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple proposals and projects occurring simultaneously.
  • Be responsible for ensuring optimal RFP process standardization, management, and adoption.

 

What you need to be successful

  • Excellent writing skills for proposal and presentation materials. Experience writing for a Martech, SaaS or PaaS technology platform is required.
  • Storyteller and Influencer: Communicate clearly and gain advocacy for what’s possible and other complex ideas regardless of your audience. You help teammates define priorities and know why they’re doing what they’re doing. You can rally associates to work with you.  Ability to transform buyer needs and detailed requests into stories and responses that showcase Kobie’s differentiation and benefits.
  • 5-10 years’ work experience in a technology platform content role, corporate marketing, or sales enablement role.
  • Agency (technology, marketing, CRM or database marketing) experience, with a focus in marketing, sales solutions/enablement. Preferred knowledge of customer loyalty marketing, loyalty programs and metrics
  • Retail, finance, or travel & hospitality experience and corresponding sales initiatives
  • Experience writing and crafting end-to-end proposal/sales/marketing materials.
  • Ability to prioritize projects across multiple workstreams, and proactively flag needs
  • Ability to craft and articulate a strong story and most compelling sales materials
