About the team and what we’ll build together

As part of our Strategic Consulting team, you'll support initiatives to maximize enterprise value through loyalty. Your role is critical: crafting forward-thinking strategies, optimizing customer experiences on a global scale, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure these visions become realities. You’ll leverage data to inform insights, recommend innovative loyalty strategies, craft measurable action plans, and partner closely with clients to implement these strategies effectively. In all you do, you’ll be highly self-motivated, a storyteller, and a skilled problem-solver. 

 

How you will make an impact 

  • Strategic Insight & Execution: Utilize Kobie’s tools to consult with clients on loyalty strategy, creating execution-ready briefs and playbooks. Develop learning agendas for hypothesis testing, deriving insights from complex data aligned with client objectives.
  • Customer Experience Design: Conduct primary research to design future state customer experiences, complete with channel-specific activation plans. Understand and apply digital marketing principles to bring these plans to life.
  • Drive Results: Ensure the seamless delivery of Kobie’s strategic services, managing project scope and deliverables across multiple clients to achieve timely, budget-aligned outcomes.
  • Proven Results & Grit: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and achieve results aligned with organizational goals, showing resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
  • Influential Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to convey data-driven strategies compellingly and inclusively.
  • Curiosity & Savvy: An unquenchable thirst for knowledge and improvement, combined with the ability to navigate complex situations and foster innovative solutions.
  • Inclusion & Expertise: A commitment to fostering diverse perspectives, alongside a deep understanding of loyalty marketing, digital strategies, and customer experience principles.

 

What you need to be successful 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 2-4 years of B2C marketing or management consulting experience.
  • Expertise in loyalty marketing preferred along with familiarity with key verticals such as retail, consumer products, financial services, and travel and hospitality.
