About the team and what we’ll build together

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing planning, operational and optimization support of Kobie’s key account(s). Partnering with various departments, you will help drive cohesive and strategic activities for the client(s), under the direction of the Account Director.

 

How you will make an impact   

  • Own day-to-day program operations with client, working with internal teams to determine timelines and ensure deliver accurately and one time.
  • Field and manage incoming client requests, determine feasibility, and manage client expectations and priority accordingly in conjunction with internal teams.
  • Accountable for project status, timelines, gathering requirements and estimates from team members as needed to ensure client's needs are meet.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and other client communications and correspondence. 
  • Evaluate client needs, review requirements and discussion solutions and feasibility of projects, including estimates and timeframes with internal teams, to present back to the client.
  • Manage client expectations, following processes for all requests, enhancements, and roadmap projects.
  • Coordinate administrative details such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, etc.
  • With support from Account Director, work with internal subject matter experts to understand client's industry, competitive landscape and how Kobie can drive the program forward.

 

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of experience, in the marketing or loyalty industry
  • Project management and planning skills 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, applying good judgment and decision-making on your feet.
  • Technical acumen – the ability to apply marketing and analytical concepts to the technology that will drive desired results.
  • Ability to partner with subject matter experts and internal team members to document and explain client requests that range from campaign planning to platform requirements, options, and solutions.
  • Confident and clear verbal + written communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive in contributing ideas and in anticipating client/team needs.
  • Outcome driven, with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, solutions-focused attitude that adapts well to change. 
  • Strategic and tactical marketing experience in driving the execution of digital marketing campaigns through multiple channels (email, mobile, social)
