About the team and what we’ll build together

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build scalable and efficient solutions that support our clients' loyalty programs. This individual will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique needs.

 

How you will make an impact   

  • Will transform specs into campaigns executed via SFMC. Should be able to find efficiencies in development process and impact total Kobie usage of tool.
  • Transform design into functioning code/processes.
  • Create best practices for overall Kobie SFMC usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design develop and test applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to support various business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications using APIs and web services.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce implementations to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement new solutions and improvements.
  • Document technical specifications, solution designs, and code changes.
  • Partner with Enterprise Data Warehouse team on strategies and delivery of reporting for marketing across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Oversee Salesforce support cases, understanding scope to ensure completion and correct resolution.

 

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign automation best practices.  
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio Content Builder, Email Studio, AMPscript, etc.  
  • Prior experience, handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Experience crating, coordinating, and executing user acceptance test plans to ensure successful launch of new capabilities.
  • Aware of SMS compliance, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript/jQuery would be an asset.
  • Remains current on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and update teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and attention to detail. And an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management, and collaboration skills.
