The Associate Creative Director will lead production, interpreting the brief and client needs into a tactical plan to execute the creative work, both visual and written.  You enjoy inspiring your team and being creative while focusing on production.  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience That You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role 

  • Lead team of art directors, copywriters, and other teammates to deliver creative work from concept to final execution with high standard of creativity, quality, and accuracy. 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and influence skills as the voice of the creative team for both internal and external (client) audiences. 
  • Work seamlessly and collaboratively with account, strategy, experience, developer, and project management teams. 
  • Inspire and drive the growth and development of the creative production team. 
  • Employ best practices for creative production and digital marketing; Recommend improvements and changes to creative processes and tools that increase effectiveness and efficiency. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience That You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role 

  • Demonstrated ability 8+ years of experience delivering visual design, copywriting and editorial content across a variety of disciplines and channels, preferably with a top notch creative agency. 
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills to manage expectations, make tradeoffs, and communicate status to clients, internal teams, and partners. 
  • Deep knowledge of the creative process and what it takes to lead a creative team in delivering world-class communications and storytelling. 
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. 
  • Showcase a portfolio featuring a wide range of creative and integrated campaigns, a diversity of ideas and approaches to problem solving.
