Knox is unlocking preferred rates of return and creating generational wealth for families up and down the economic spectrum. We’re changing how homeowners and property investors build wealth. Knox is the first and only investment firm focused on property. Venture funded, we’re building an extraordinary team to help us expand rapidly.

About you:

The ideal candidate has been a marketing leader for a high-growth startup and created efficient, scalable and profitable, rocket-ship growth. You are passionate about pinpointing the message that makes our target customers act. You’re familiar with multi touch marketing and pipeline management to achieve KPIs.  You are creative and simultaneously embody the voice of the company and the perspective of the customer - always learning and trying new ways to tell our story and reach out to target customers. You balance budget and results with brand and messaging. You are comfortable customizing and optimizing your marketing tactics to hit multiple key performance metrics, while at the same time driving awareness and brand value.

You are a multi-talented doer: You can pivot from managing campaigns inside Google ads manager and reviewing ad copy to making high level data-driven marketing decisions. You love A/B testing, and you'd never think of running a campaign without thoughtful test designs to ensure you are a-l-w-a-y-s learning.  Wild horses couldn't keep you from digging into the weeds and getting a job done yourself, but you are wise and know when to hire and scale a team or employ an agency to drive rapid growth.

Your love of marketing doesn't stop at performance. You are a born story-teller and brand builder. You care deeply about connecting with your customer, delivering a brag-worthy experience, and exciting customers so much that they tell their friends.

The opportunity to change how millions of households build wealth makes you excited to go to work in the morning in a way that’s hard to articulate and when you try, you can’t help but smile about it as your mind is filled with possibility. You likely have experience in fintech, insuretech, and/or proptech. Being in the boardroom with a group of venture capitalists gets you revved up! You’re a consumer marketer and your recent roles have been in B2C startups. You know what it takes to get many jobs done with a small team now and you’re excited to build a world-class marketing organization as we scale.

Successful candidates will have some or all of the following experience:

  • You’ve been the marketing leader for a B2C fintech or proptech startup. The organization achieved significant scale. You arrived early (Seed or A round) and grew with the organization for several years.
  • You have deep experience developing a comprehensive multi-channel marketing and communication strategy that plainly states the benefits and outcomes of a new consumer financial product and achieves impressive unit economics.
  • Success leading in a metrics-driven organization within P&L and KPI responsibilities including focus on customer acquisition cost, time to recoup CAC,  lifetime customer value, revenue retention, and same unit revenue growth.

Requirements can sometimes hold people back from applying to a job, but don’t let that be the case here. If you believe you have the skills it takes to elevate this role, team, and company, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of marketers, managers, writers, designers, and analysts who help deliver digital, email, audio, tv, affiliate, PR, postal mail, outdoor campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and client signups.
