Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.
The Sales Support Coordinator will support the Account Management team in a fun and fast paced environment. Will be responsible for helping to maximize the revenue for the team by identifying potential upsell, cross sell and add-on opportunities. Will also assist in administrative functions to ensure that opportunities are quoted and routed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes for Account Managers
- Assist with SOWs for customization and managed services
- Identify potential add-on/upgrade opportunities and alert the Account Managers accordingly
- Create prorated add-on, upgrade or cross sale opportunities as requested by the Account Managers via Chatter
- Update quotes when proration expires in a new month
- Log and monitor stats on a daily/weekly basis
- Execute post sale admin and order routing forms
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong collaborative and team work skills
