The Quote Desk Representative will be responsible for providing accurate quotes for the correct products in a timely manner. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with sales and Channel Partners to ensure a smooth quoting process that results in increased closed won new business and expansion opportunities to increase customer acquisition and expand customer share of wallet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests for quotes from sales to provide accurate quotes to Channel Partners
- Create and send appropriate quotes to Partners on each opportunity
- Provide excellent customer service to sales and Partners
- Partner with the Deal Desk to review discounts, free months, payment terms, etc. and ensure multi-currency guidelines are met
- Update partner quotes at request of sales
- Liaise with partners as needed to align sales with the partner
- Update quotes with pricing updates or as needed
- Log and monitor your Statistic on a daily basis
- Execute post sale admin and order routing forms as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Understanding of working with Channel Partners a plus
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong collaborative and team work skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
