The Role

The role will involve data analysis and extraction, participation in the workflow and reporting related matters,

Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst will range depending on seniority but may include:

  • Analyzing and extracting relevant information from contracts
  • Ensuring proper documents flow
  • Identifying potential documents and process flaws based on internal policies
  • Answering basic customers’ requests
  • Delivering basic reporting based on contract information 
  • Providing help and assistance to colleagues as needed as well as supporting other departments when needed

In order to be shortlisted for this role, candidates must fulfil the following essential criteria:

  • Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree or significant previous experience preferred
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Have an investigative and analytical skillset
  • Skills across the Microsoft Office suite will be an asset (especially MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Have good time management skills
  • True team player
  • Communicates clearly and concisely
  • Previous work experience is a strong asset
  • Flexible, multitasking, adapts into a fast-paced environment
