Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner)

- The base pay range for this position is $96,880 to $133,210 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. An annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
What you get to do every day
- Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions
- Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
- Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
- Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
What you bring to the role
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with mental health experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of telehealth experience
- Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
- Availability for at least one (1) weekend shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on compassion
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
- No restrictions on credentialing with Medicaid or other payers
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality care with empathy
- Passionate about educating patients and asking intuitive questions
- Willingness to work across various mental health conditions and service lines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
