About the Role: 

Klover is looking for a hungry experienced UX Researcher to join our team! We're looking for someone who is passionate about the user and keen to identify unique user needs and behaviors to help create and build financial tools and experiences. We are growing quickly, so you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of research at Klover, and the future of Klover itself!
 
What you'll do:
  • Proactively identify and prioritize research needs by working closely with Product, Design, Tech, Data and Marketing
  • Build research plans using various research methods
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end research process including recruiting, conducting, collecting, synthesizing and reporting
  • Analyze user behaviors and insights to compile and present concise and actionable recommendations
  • Advocate and share research findings to to drive a culture of user centered thinking company wide
  • Be a part of fast-paced and impactful team
What we're looking for:
  • 2-4 years of experience in applied product research
  • You are obsessed and have empathy for the user and want to improve their (financial) lives
  • Experience with both generative/evaluative methodologies (both in-person and remote), including but not limited to contextual inquiries, interviews, surveys and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply each
  • Proficiency in communicating both qualitative and quantitative user research findings with cross functional partners to drive impact
  • Ability to share findings in the optimal modality and at a level that is tailored to the audience
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • You are a humble, hard-worker, no work is beneath you
  • You are collaborative, flexible, self-motivated and can work independently
Bonus points for:
  • Bachelors or Advanced degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Human factors or related field
  • Prior FinTech experience
  • Consumer mobile app experience
