Here's what we look for in a Sales Dev Rep:

  • Someone with great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented.
  • Someone who has at least 2+ years in an interpersonal position (i.e. customer service); Actual sales experience is a plus!
  • Someone who THRIVES on finding excitement and challenge in doing repetitive work
  • Someone who has great organization skills
  • Someone who is a REALLY GREAT organic speaker and loves talking to people no matter their status
  • Someone with Digital Marketing experience - not required but a plus!

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • You'll be prepping and running discovery calls with prospective clients. These clients are all inbound leads that come through our many marketing channels.
  • You'll be conducting discovery call follow ups with all leads.
  • You'll be updating our Senior Sales Strategists on open opportunities and potential clients.
  • You'll be using different platforms like Apollo and Sales force.
  • You'll be prospecting potential clients through email campaigns and other creative outreach.
  • You'll continuously grow your knowledge and skill set through training and continuous education.

Here's what your first three months will look like:

  • The first week will be KB onboarding; getting to know our team and culture, learning about all of the platforms we use and introducing you to team members.
  • The first month you will going through our Academy and learning our best practices (Sales best practices, Google Ads, Facebook and CRO) while also starting to shadow different team members.
