Position Description:

The primary mission for the IT Support Analyst is to provide exceptional Information Technology support for internal Kinney Group colleagues and optimize IT systems and solutions for maximum efficiency.

The Duties of the IT Support Analyst include but are not limited to:

    • Understand and have aptitude to enhance the capabilities of the technologies within the business
    • Broad systems and technology expertise including demonstrable expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing systems for efficiency
  • Serve as a connector to understand system and process dependencies across the organization
  • Execute company security and process standards to maintain a high-level security posture
  • Monitor and remediate company systems for high availability
  • Onboard new colleagues to company systems and technology
  • Work with a bias to action in resolving technology issues across the business
  • Ability to self-manage among multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and an innovative approach
  • Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude to learn the intricacies of new systems and processes quickly

Required Skills and Education:

  • MAC OSx support and Apple Hardware support in addition to Microsoft/Adobe on Mac
  • Networking Fundamentals: IP Addressing and Routing Basics, Network Segmentation, Firewall Basics, Wireless Networking basics
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT with focus areas across multiple technologies
  • Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or other
  • Experience with supporting Telephone systems & User Administration in multiple systems
  • Experience with supporting Web and Video Conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype, Webex
  • Exposure to Active Directory and Exchange environments
  • User account management within multiple systems environments
  • Experience integrating processes and systems in a distributed environment
  • Basic automation scripting capabilities within Bash, Powershell, Python, or related
  • Ongoing education focus demonstrated through degree or certification achievement

Preferred Skills:

  • Systems administration and advanced capabilities in ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise solutions
  • Networking Expertise: Hands on expertise with routers, switches, firewalls and/or load balancers
  • Understanding of Email concepts (DNS MX records, Spam Filtering concepts)
  • Understanding of DNS concepts (A records, CNAMES)
  • Understanding of Mobile and Wireless Network Device Management tools such as Meraki
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
