Job Role
We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager (Enterprise Security) to lead our product development and strategy in the enterprise security space. As a seasoned product leader, you will drive the vision, development, and launch of our enterprise security products, ensuring Kindo remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product development and ownership, with a focus on enterprise security products
- Proven track record of building and launching successful security products from scratch, with a deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape
- Technical background, with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in engineering
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
- Early stage startup experience helping early companies develop new products from scratch
- Onsite in Venice, CA
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, users, customers, and domain, and translate this understanding into compelling strategy and product proposals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our enterprise security products, aligning with Kindo's overall mission and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and research, to drive product development and innovation
- Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features
- Define and track key metrics, develop business cases, and create product roadmaps
- Serve as a subject matter expert for sales, sales engineers, customer success, support, and professional services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
- Continuously improve the team, organization, or company through process improvements, knowledge sharing, and innovation
