About the Role
As an experienced Financial Navigator Manager reporting to our Associate Director for Financial Navigation you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full time Hybrid position based out of our Wick Park Location at 1455 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60622.
- Responsible for department objectives, managing a team, planning and evaluating department activities.
- Review cases to confirm accuracy
- Assist in educational meetings with the team.
- Assist the team in resolving issues.
- Documenting and analyzing working tasks and reporting to leadership
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training programs.
- Organizing and delegate assignments to team members.
- Maintaining daily time records
- Assist with establishing team KPI’s
- Monitoring Financial Navigator tasks and compliance
Who You Are
- Minimum of 2–4 years of healthcare customer service and managerial experience
- Must possess strong interpersonal, effective communication and creative problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and resourceful
- Willingness to be flexible, multi-task and troubleshoot problems
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willing to travel when needed
