What to expect during the recruiting process

Kin + Carta is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. It’s important to us that our Kin are able to show up as their authentic selves everyday. If you need accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.

Our recruiting process:

  1. Introductory call with a recruiter
  2. Coding challenge or a portfolio review for applicable roles
  3. Phone interview
  4. Final interview which will include a hands-on assignment or presentation

Someone from our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch. If you're not selected to move forward, we encourage you to keep up with new opportunities posted to our job board that may be a better fit. Your time and interest mean the world to us!
