Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks a full-time USPTO-registered patent prosecution Attorney or Patent Agent experienced in preparing semiconductor process chemistry or battery applications. Ideal candidate will have experience in the fields of semiconductor processing or electrochemical processing and materials. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Ideal for an attorney or patent agent with at least 2 years of relevant experience. An aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus. Applicant must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree(s) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Transcripts and patent-related writing samples will be requested. Attorney candidates need State Bar to match state of designated office location.
