Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an experienced privacy/cybersecurity associate for the Atlanta or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in privacy law or consulting (CIPP certification preferred). Strong analytical skills, good writing skills and excellent client service are also required. A background in the following is preferred – policy writing, program development, compliance, crisis response, project management, risk management, soft IP and privacy regulation in the telecommunications and finance sectors.
