At Khan Academy, we’re building a comprehensive set of physics resources (videos, text-based explanations, and quizzes) that cover the core topics students need to learn in high school and introductory college physics. We’re seeking great physics educators who can help us create exercises that will allow learners to practice and achieve mastery of the core concepts and skills in high school and introductory college physics.

This is a paid contract position for 3-6 months, with the opportunity to extend based on performance and Khan Academy’s needs.
Write physics quiz questions at the advanced high school/introductory college level, based on Khan Academy’s video and text-based explanations of various physics concepts
Review other quiz developers’ questions to ensure consistency and quality.
Deep understanding of advanced high school/intro college physics
Prior experience creating physics quiz questions
Strong intuition for how students learn and insight into common misconceptions
Computer skills (e.g., familiarity with Google docs) and a willingness to learn how to use new tools
Excellent writing and time-management skills
At least 10 hours per week to commit to this project
A passion for education and a desire to change the world
