Position Summary: At this pivotal moment, Keystone AI is looking for a talented, creative, and innovative Content Associate with innate story-telling ability and a keen understanding of different media channels and formats to own content from strategy through execution. The Content Associate will have the opportunity to co-create and iterate on the content strategy, and deliver on that strategy by curating relevant content from external sources and internally authored content for our audiences, and adapting content to be suitable for our audiences. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and will be key team member of the marketing department.

The Content Associate will play an integral role in developing and packaging the right content for the right audience to build brand awareness and engagement with clients, prospective clients, recruits, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to curate content relevant to our business, and partner with internal teams to develop or edit thought leadership, webinars, research, and other content produced by our consultants to fit formats including web, newsletters, social media and more
  • Amplify reach of content with search engine optimized blog posts for LinkedIn and our website leveraging keyword research
  • Monitor target tech and legal publications to inform content development opportunities to pitch
  • Build write-ups, summaries, and articles around Keystone-hosted podcasts and external PR opportunities for our website
  • Manage case studies that tell the stories of our people, our experts, and our clients
  • Partner with our freelance network to create compelling video content to serve through demand and lead generation campaigns
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across our publishing platforms through Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others, and refine content strategy based on performance insights

 

Competencies:

  • 4+ years in a related journalism, reporting, blogging, or other content-forward role
  • Experience with developing content strategies and assets designed for nuances of individual media channels and formats
  • Passion for storytelling through articles, blog posts, and other written forms of content, and an eye for curating relevant content from external sources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively work with wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent editing, writing, and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to guide a project from concept to production while managing multiple projects
  • Experience or interest in the tech or legal industries or adjacent fields is preferred
  • A plus: Experience working with marketing automation software like HubSpot and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
  • A plus: Ability to produce and edit video and audio with experience working with professional audio/video editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Transistor.fm)

US Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
