About the Role

The Sales Operations Associate - Pre Install will have a heavy emphasis on Brand Ambassador responsibilities and will join a highly motivated and effective team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailer staff members, especially managerial staff through consistent communication, in-store visits, and regularly scheduled virtual meetings and presentations. Through communication with the store, the team member in this role will interpret store feedback and suggest business improvements. This role will work closely with the Sales team to share retailer findings, and the Tech Support and Operations team to proactively communicate kiosk updates and timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with KeyMe Field Operations team to execute kiosks installations
  • Conduct 1 week and 24-48 hour pre-installation calls to stores confirming and highlighting installation details
  • Confirm optimal kiosk placement, marketing materials, delivery date, and installation process with the Store Manager. Provide contact info for any follow up questions/concerns
  • Coordinate electrical competitively priced power installation prior to kiosk delivery with store managerial staff. 
  • Immediately notify Sales and Operations team if there is possible issue with kiosk delivery/ installation or requests from the store regarding delivery
  • Audit installations and feedback provide from retailers to suggest improvements to existing process

  • Experience working in a high growth start-up environment where success requires being nimble, creative and scrappy 
  • Experience working on tasks involving operations and reporting 
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills 
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation 
  • Proficient analytics skills including spreadsheets and data management
  • Jira, Zoho/CRM, Microsoft Suite skills a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
