About the Role
We are excited to be able to add a Fulfillment Team Lead to our team. The Lead will ensure that the keys ordered through mail order are fulfilled in a timely manner with high quality, according to performance goals defined by KeyMe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Balancing work stations to ensure that responsibilities are fulfilled by business need over preference.
Responsible to ensure inventory is physically neat, labeled, easy to access. Assisting inventory manager with stocking inventory.
Turns depleted inventory off from mail order to ensure that Keyme is meeting customer commitments and turn back on when inventory is received.
Work closely with the inventory manager to ensure the team has supplies to continuously deliver value to our customers.
Issues staff work assignments daily.
Be a point of contact for the entire fulfillment team and escalate the issues to the manager.
Train new employees at all workstations.
Routine quality checks of peers
Lead safety initiatives and escalate any safety concerns.
