We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who, through continuous customer discovery and product leadership, will help our customers build innovative and user-first ad products.

At Kevel, our product team helps companies create custom ad experiences that put users first and go beyond the standard display ad. The product team covers areas of ads delivery, management, reporting and the UI/UX across the product. The ideal candidate will be someone who cares deeply about the health of the internet and how businesses can translate their needs into compelling business outcomes, prioritizing long term value.

Our product teams are cross-functional and involve a product manager, a product designer and several engineers. Location:  Remote - US or UK. This is a fully remote position - applicants located in the US or UK are welcome to apply. All applicants must be eligible to work anywhere within the United States or United Kingdom. ***Applicants located in the US, must be able to work CST or EST for adequate crossover with our UK team.

What you’ll accomplish: 

  • Be accountable for ensuring solutions are valuable and viable
    • Develop solutions that our customers choose to buy and use
    • Ensure solutions work within the constraints of our business.
  • Define Product Direction
    • Use a customer-focussed, working-backwards approach to write future-date release notes that clearly define the benefits of new functionality and how these will be achieved before we start building them
    • Work collaboratively with other PMs, designers and engineers to collect feedback and improve solutions 
  • Drive Execution
    • Work directly with engineers and engineering managers to build and deliver product and features
    • Work directly with other PMs and designers for cross-team projects to ensure a cohesive and productive user experience
  • Measure and Iterate solution effectiveness
    • Design metrics to measure product and solution effectiveness
    • Use metrics and qualitative research to drive future product direction
  • Communicate with Customers
    • Work directly with customers to roll out features and collect feedback
    • Write blog posts, release notes, and guides for customers and public site

Skills you’ll bring with you:

  • 2-3 years working on technology products (ideally API-based) as a Product Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in well-structured, data-informed, written narratives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of the business - engineering, design, finance, sales or marketing.
  • Experience with the ads / media landscape is a bonus
  • Familiarity with the Marty Cagan (Inspired) approach of product management is a bonus
