We’re in search of a creative and adaptable Project Manager well-versed in customer relationship marketing.

The Project Manager will lead campaign planning, resource allocations, tactical execution and ultimately provide our client leadership with visibility into status of project work and ongoing campaigns. Our ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance and Technology teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

Own Projects

  • Champion insightful planning of project scope, including:
    • critical milestones
    • time schedules
    • staff resourcing
  • Ongoing monitoring of project scope and management of the change-control process
  • Create and execute staff plans, forecasting resource allocation
  • Lead and participate in scheduled status calls to keep stakeholders and internal team informed
  • Work directly with ESP vendor to coordinate deployments for email deliverables
  • Work directly with internal Print Production department for direct mail deliverables
  • Minimize agency’s exposure and risk across various projects
  • Responsible for contingency planning in anticipation of roadblocks to ensure quality and timely delivery of all components

Cultivate Relationships

  • Facilitate team meetings, and easily manage multiple streams of work
  • Partner alongside client service team to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the agency
  • Serve as communication liaison between Client Service, Creative, Design Studio, Proofreading/Quality Assurance and Technology teams
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes throughout project lifecycle
  • Partner with other Project Managers and provide support for your team

  What you've done:

  • 2-5 years Project Management experience (email/digital, mobile and print media, or direct mail)
    • preferably a marketing agency OR client-side marketing environment
  • Budget and schedule tracking in Workfront + MS Excel
    • Experience with sophisticated Project Management software is required; Workfront experience highly preferred
  • Quickly built rapport with creative, design studio, client service, quality assurance, technology and analytics teams
  • Developed strengths in setting expectations and uniting opposing viewpoints
  • Comfortable with participating in client discussions
  • Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
