At Kepler, we know our people are our most valuable asset! The Talent Attraction (TA) Coordinator role will be the driving force behind recruiting coordination for all North American hiring efforts. In this role, you will oversee the applicant tracking and scheduling systems (Greenhouse & Goodtime), support recruitment at all levels, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to grow Kepler across various departments. You will also play a key role in leading the onboarding process for our Toronto office, ensuring new hires are set up for success, while fostering a positive and inclusive office culture. What You Will Do:

  • Take full ownership of all North American-based interview scheduling and coordination, including entry level and mid-senior level interviews.
  • Lead the onboarding experience for the rapidly growing Toronto office, ensuring new hires feel supported from day one and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience across all recruiting channels, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the hiring process and through their first few weeks.
  • Support recruiting projects and operations related to candidate experience, interview training, interview automation, and process improvements.
  • Champion initiatives that support office culture, including new employee orientation and engagement activities.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination, office operations, and/or onboarding.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or automated scheduling tools (Greenhouse and/or Goodtime preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex interview schedules and onboarding processes with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with and support candidates and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding processes, or the ability to learn technology needed to manage people data and metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information
