THE TEAM:

The Campaign Operations team is at the center of the ad delivery process. They are responsible for trafficking and creating our client's campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, ensuring smooth and successful execution.

THE ROLE:

As a Campaign Ops Supervisor you will be overseeing a team of Campaign Ops Specialists in a number of different client accounts. You will be responsible of supporting them, working with them on their development and being a bridge between them and the Client Solutions team.

What will you do:

  • Refine your expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact – including social (Facebook, Twitter), video everywhere (Advanced TV: YouTube, Hulu, TV Networks, FireTV, Roku, etc), search (SEM/PPC: Google, Bing, etc), and programmatic media via DSPs (audio, display/native, Digital Out of Home/DOOH, etc).
  • Be the CO senior representative for the team and accounts that you manage: act as an escalation point, coordinate bandwidth and workload across the team, solve cross team issues.
  • Partner with the Client Solutions team to maximize cross team integration, ensure transition of tasks amongst departments is successful and Kepler best practices are being followed.
  • Manage a group of Campaign Operations Specialists across different client teams: run regular meetings, deliver feedback and work with direct reports in crafting action plans, running yearly performance reviews, approving time off requests and managing sick leave.
  • Successfully execute campaign set up, trafficking, building and reporting tasks for the assigned clients/accounts.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication between English and Spanish. 
  • Experience in digital media (display, mobile, social, search, etc.) and preferably ad operations.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. All majors accepted, preferably related to communications and advertising.
  • Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans across many technological platforms.
  • Proven problem solving skills and experience in a process driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment.
