Role Details

The Workplace Experience Supervisor manages the office experience and culture at our New York City headquarters to create a workplace that increases individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This position requires working from our office five days a week (M-F).  

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the facilities of our New York City office
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area for every person that enters the space and provide general support to visitors
  • Manage external vendors and act as a liaison with building management
  • Organize office operations and procedures, partnering with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Identify and fulfill office supply needs and coordinate catering
  • Plan and execute internal events, happy hours, and parties
  • Play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our in-office culture

Your background

  • 3-5 years of workplace/office management experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least 1 team member
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite in our NYC HQ 5 days/week

Total Compensation:        

  • Base Salary: $85,000- $100,000
