The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring client and company success, reporting and measuring digital campaign performance, mining for deeper insights to drive performance, developing testing roadmaps, and leveraging martech to solve critical data challenges.
The position requires strong quantitative skills, business savvy to understand and advance client marketing goals, a technical mind with the attention to detail and patience to troubleshoot within the latest ad tech platforms, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry.
What You Will Do:
While each client engagement is unique, you may:
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business and marketing goals, leveraging analytics to advance these goals
- Help design and execute tests to quantify the impact of marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced statistical and programming techniques and working with partners to ensure media best practices are adhered to
- Develop and execute against a queue of custom analyses to uncover insights that support media optimizations and/or resulting client recommendations
- Deploy best practices in media/site tracking and customer data management to maximize data availability and cleanliness to enable deep analysis
- Build and regularly update forecasts for media performance based on conversion targets and/or available budget and communicate their ability to accurately predict performance based on basic statistics metrics observed
- Establish and maintain data connections for clients leveraging data visualization tools such as Datorama
- Provide recommendations for data visualizations and develop ad hoc client-facing reporting and visualizations leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Python to illuminate insights
- Assist in automating reporting processes that enable the business to scale, gaining a thorough understanding of major media platforms and how to collect data from each
- Learn about, and leverage, Adtech/Martech capabilities via vendor research, training, and use case development
- Become an expert on your client’s tech stack and how data assets are leveraged for targeting and measurement
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in paid media/marketing analytics, statistics, digital media buying, engineering or ad tech
- Strong background in analytics / statistics with experience working with big data sets
- Knowledge of programming languages to aid in analysis (e.g. SQL, Python)
- Experience with visualizing data within online platforms (e.g., Datorama, Looker, PowerBI) and/or the Microsoft Office Suite
- Some knowledge of digital marketing measurement solutions (e.g. MMM, Attribution, Lift / Incrementality Testing, Data Clean Rooms)
- Site Analytics experience (GA4 / Adobe)
- Appetite for learning new technologies and interest in automating workflows through the use of AI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
- Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details
- Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment

Total Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $84,000
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($3,500 - $4,200)
- Target Total Cash: $73,500 - $88,200
