About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a team that is fast-paced and dedicated. We are looking for candidates preferably with a CS & Salesforce CRM background, who are natural team players.
What You'll Do:
You’ll be a member of an Enterprise Systems QA pod, taking on test responsibilities in a sprint format, while engaging with our Dev & Admin teams across PK and San Francisco. You’ll have the opportunity to first hand identify, analyze & document defects & test processes, and contribute to the integrity of the business in an impacting and meaningful way. The scope of challenges revolves around Salesforce core functionality, apps and integrations to name a few. What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in administering and/or testing Salesforce CRM
A keen eye for attention to details (if you feel restless looking at two lines that should be running parallel like a railroad, but just do not appear to be - you get an idea)
Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high quality software that balances technical and business goals
Ability to take ownership of all manual testing tasks
Ability to understand Software Design Specifications
Ability to create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles
Knowledge of issue tracking tools (JIRA will be preferable)
Interest in commercial vehicles such as trucks is a big plus!
