We are looking to hire a Milling Groundmen for our Milling team in Phoenix, AZ.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, inspection, and maintenance of milling equipment, including but not limited to milling machines and related tools.
Assist in the preparation of worksites for milling operations, which may include clearing debris, marking areas, and ensuring proper safety measures.
Provide general support to the milling crew, checking depth, directing trucks or as directed by supervisors, including but not limited to assisting with equipment repairs, maintenance, and cleanup tasks.
Collaborate with the milling team to ensure milling operations meet quality standards and specifications.
Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines and regulations on the job site.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in construction or milling operations preferred.
Commercial License
Familiarity with milling equipment and tools, including set up, maintenance and operation.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
