We are looking to hire a Sales Representative for our Paving group.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for securing, estimating, and closing new deals.
Manage and maintain relationships with customers- serving as the key point of contact.
Responsible for job cost set up & completion in partnership with Project Manager.
Helps drive collections when job closes.
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
Willingness to secure and produce new clients by proactively engaging in door-to-door prospecting and direct outreach.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Identifies and proposes projects across the assigned region & creates a business case.
Research project opportunities by analyzing market strategies, project requirements, and institution financials.
Plans and prepares presentations for potential clients.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent sales work experience.
5+ years' in the construction, engineering, paving, asphalt, concrete sectors or related industries performing the similar primary responsibilities listed.
Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with the Paving industry, a plus
Experience using SalesForce, a plus
