About the Opportunity

  • We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our well-funded category-defining technology startup. This is a full-time, remote work role that must be based in the USA.
  • To be successful in the role the SE works closely together with the Keebo Sales Account Executive in helping to deliver the appropriate technical solution and value proposition. The role is customer-focused; delivering deep Database and ML Knowledge. You will be presenting and interacting with customer senior executives like VP Engineering, Sr. Data Engineers, as well as business users.

You Will

  • Evaluate and fine-tune ML and AI algorithms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with client needs, playing a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Own and drive the presales playbooks and processes.
  • Understand the customer processes and challenges with their data analytics.
  • Assist the Account Executives in effectively responding to RFP’s
  • Articulate and present data analytics automation to C-level and Engineering executives
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, account management, sales, etc. 
  • Work with customers to identify pain points and come up with solutions to delight users.
  • Storyboard and assist in the build/configuration of personalized demos to support customer use cases
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management

You Have

  • 5+ years experience as an SE for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
  • Great sense of urgency and willingness to work in a fast startup environment
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives from beginning to end.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Database Internals. Familiarity with Snowflake, and Looker 
  • Founding Sales Engineering experience at an early-stage startup.
